Q - Do preOrder arrival dates change?
A - Yes, for many reason manufacturers may push out, move up, or even cancel an item.

Q - When will my credit card charged?
A - Within 1 to 30 days after you place your order.

Q - Will I be contacted before you charge my credit card?
A - We will notify you, through your Amazon listed email, that the order must be marked as "shipped" to avoid it being cancelled. We ask that if you want to cancel the order to respond within 48 hours. If you do not respond within 48 hours, we will take that as permission to preserve your order. You can cancel at any time for a full refund (see below).

Q - Why do you charge my credit card before you have the item in stock?
A - We use a Webstore by Amazon (WBA) and it is their policy that a preOrder is considered a standard order and must ship within 30 days.

Q - Why do you only have 30 days to ship?
A - The WBA authorizes your credit card immediately, and any order older than 30 days is canceled.

Q - How is my card charged if you do not have the preOrder item?
A - To preserve the order we mark the order as shipped. This triggers the WBA to charge your credit thus not canceling the order.

Q - Can I cancel my preOrder, even if you already charged my credit card?
A - Absolutely, you can request a refund at any time, before the order is shipped, and you will receive 100% of your funds returned back to your payment method.
