Return Policy:

Hassle Free Return Policy - Basically, we will refund your purchase for any reason except in the case that an item is opened and it's then decided it's not liked.

If you don't like or want an unopened item we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days after the ship date. Refunds will be processed through the method by which you paid.

Again, all we ask is that the merchandise be in the same NEW and UNUSED condition with all parts included and IN its ORIGINAL packaging for a refund or exchange. If the item you purchased was an open item it must be returned in the same condition as it left us.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we shipped the wrong the item, in that case we will cover the cost.

If you need to return merchandise, please contact us first for Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once received please send yout item back to:

Please make sure to insure your package for your own protection. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. All returned items must be sent to us prepaid.

Payment Policy:

Past Generation Toys wants to help ensure that our marketplace offers buyers safer online payment choices. Some offline payment methods, such as personal checks and money orders, may not offer the same level of protection or convenience as online payments.

We accept:

  • Merchant credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover Network), debit cards, and bank electronic payments for purchases via Paypal.
  • Paypal, you will pay on pages securely hosted by PayPal.

Payment through online payment methods not specifically listed in this policy not permitted.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Orders that are paid by eCheck through PayPal will be shipped once the check has cleared, which normally takes 5 days once it has been received. Shipping is based on the weight of the item(s) and is calculated in the order process through a direct link with the United States Post Office. If you have any problems with the order process or shipping process, please email or call us!

DOMESTIC ORDERS Orders within the United States can be sent via USPS or UPS.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 days to arrive)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days to arrive)

United Parcel Service (UPS)

  • UPS Next Day Air (1 day to arrive)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 days to arrive)
  • UPS Ground (5 - 7 days to arrive)

APO/FPO Military Addresses: We are able to send orders to APO and FPO military addresses. Normally, it will take 7-21 days for the order to arrive at the domestic port. Arrival to the final destination will take longer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We do accept international orders. International orders have the options of being sent via one of the below USPS methods:

  • Express Mail International
  • Priority Mail International
  • First-Class Mail International

If you would like to be able to track the package the Express Mail International method must be selected.

Some international destinations have package length restrictions with a limit of 42". If the item that you have ordered exceeds the length restriction for your location, we will notify you by email and wait for your instructions as to what you would like us to do. We will fully refund your item if we are unable to ship it to you because of length restrictions. Taxes and duties on international orders will not be prepaid and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The USPS does not insure packages to some international locations. If this is the case for your location, we will notify you by email and ask that you agree in writing to waive Past Generation Toys from all responsibility of lost or damaged packages before we can ship the package.
